With a price tag of just $45,000 we could build one with our equity and use the left over money to , I don't know, maybe by a bungee cord and harness for an easier exit strategy. Apparently the builder is working on plans for a separate bathroom sphere with plumbing and electricity. We could really be living the high life when we get finished with this.

You're talking about the rebate, right? We're not getting a tax refund because Jim did a bunch of freelance last year that we didn't pay taxes on. And didn't save any of. So it went on the credit card.
So that's where at least some of our rebate is going. The rest will go towards raising our current savings balance of sixteen-odd dollars. I wish I were kidding.
No luck on the house hunt eh? I need to call you and get some tips.
I want to spend some of the rebate on a new vacuum and getting the rest of our food storage and emergency supplies (exciting I know).
don't be jealous...we'll be spending ours on getting all of our JUNK to arizona!
